My beautiful little girl, turning 11 on the 11th. We have started the tradition of giving the children a bush or plant or tree that will bloom on their birthdays. So far there are lilacs, roses, peoney and now a hydreangea the color of Lenas eyes. The february and march birthdays will not have a bloom, but maybe a fruit tree, we can freeze the fruit and eat it on their birthday.
